Blended By Jin maintains a strict no-refund policy on all services and retail purchases.

 

Due to the customized nature of salon services and professional product usage:

 

• All services are final sale.

• All retail purchases are final sale.

• Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

 

If concerns arise, guests must notify Blended By Jin within 7 days of their appointment. Adjustments may be offered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional service charge depending on the time, product, and labor involved.

 

Any adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Results may vary due to hair history, integrity, and maintenance, and full corrections are not guaranteed.
