Welcome to Blended By Jin. By accessing our website, booking services, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the client and the business while maintaining the calm, elevated experience that defines the Blended By Jin standard.
1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments are scheduled intentionally to provide a personalized, luxury experience. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you authorize Blended By Jin to securely store your payment information and process authorized charges.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
To respect the time of all guests and maintain business operations:
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Fees will be charged to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
3. Late Arrivals
Appointments begin promptly. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited and may be subject to cancellation fees.
4. Services, Consultations & Results
All services begin with a thorough consultation. While inspiration photos are welcome, results may vary based on hair history, condition, integrity, and maintenance habits. Blended By Jin prioritizes hair health above all else and reserves the right to modify or decline services if hair integrity may be compromised.
5. Redos, Adjustments & Final Sale Policy
All services and retail purchases are final sale. No refunds are provided.
If you have concerns regarding your service, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be scheduled within that timeframe.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are outlined during booking. Declined payments must be resolved before future appointments can be scheduled.
7. Salon Property & Damages
Clients are financially responsible for any damage to salon property, tools, equipment, or retail products caused during their visit. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
8. Guests & Children
To maintain a calm and focused environment, only scheduled clients are permitted in the salon suite unless prior approval is granted.
9. Personal Belongings
Blended By Jin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
10. Photography & Media Release
By receiving services, you grant permission for photography or video for marketing and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
11. Agreement
By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
